The Service
Wellspent is a personal finance tracking tool. You enter your financial data manually — we do not connect to banks or financial institutions. We provide the service as-is and continuously work to improve it.
Free & Pro Plans
Wellspent offers a free tier with full access to core features. The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed monthly. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing settings, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Your Data
You own the financial data you enter into Wellspent. We do not claim any ownership over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the application, or use automated systems to scrape or overload our servers.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Wellspent is a budgeting tool, not financial advice. We are not liable for financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the app. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wellspent after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
